Dinghy Cruise and Treasure Hunt - Saturday 12th August

This event is open to all dinghy, yacht and powerboat owners who want a leisurely day's boating on the Solent, with the added attraction of a Treasure Hunt.  We shall be meeting at the Club at 0930, for a briefing on the sailing destination and your information pack on how to find the Treasure.  Following the briefing, we hope to launch the boats and get away by around 1030, sailing to the destination determined by your solving the first set of clues.

There will be further clues to solve at our destination, after which you will be in a position to find the Treasure on returning to Lymington later in the afternoon.

It is likely that there will be toilet and eating facilities at our destination, but everyone is of course, welcome to take their own packed lunches.  Our lunch stop will be about one and a half hours.

The usual guidelines for our dinghy cruises will apply, which you can refer to on the relevant section of the website.  In addition, at least one safety boat will accompany the cruise.

If anyone requires further information, please contact Ian Blundell via the office.
