LTSC NEWS - July 2006

Bath Race - 30 July
The Annual Bath Race will be held on Sunday 30^th July starting at 15.30 to 16.00hrs. The course will be in the river on the inside of the new walkway to the Dan Bran Pontoon. Launching will be down the slipway.

Anyone wishing to enter a team should inform the office and will be sent a copy of the SIs (Safety Instructions). Baths available for use at the Club will be loaned out on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

This is a fun event with fancy dress encouraged. Be prepared to get wet!

Evening Cruise to the Cowes Fireworks Display.
4th August 2006 7.30pm 80th Anniversary of this event which marks the closure of Cowes Sailing Week. Leave LTSC pontoon (near lifeboat station) 7.30pm promt arrive back at 11.30pm. £25 inc. chicken and chips basket meal. There is a bar on board. Tickets can be purchased from behind the bar.
