At LTSC, we aim to provide excellent value for money, compared to other clubs in the region. with our facilities, events and superb location in the Western Solent. We have a policy of openness, and do not discriminate or differentiate on any criteria. In essence, we welcome applications from all-comers, regardless of skill or experience.
Benefits of membership
Full membership provides a wide range of benefits, including
- Unlimited use of the club house facilities and event attendance.
- Use of our pontoon, free of charge, subject to some simple guidelines.
- Full membership immediately after acceptance, no other formalities.
- Use of the dinghy park, subject to availability.
- Freedom to visit other clubs with whom LTSC have reciprocal agreements.
How to join
The process is quite simple and straightforward.
- Download and complete an Application form here, If you don't know any members who can propose or second you, don't worry as we will get somebody to contact you. You will also need to refer to the Membership Subscription table to work out which category of membership applies to you.
- Your application form will posted on the club notice board for 21 days. During this period, you will be welcome to visit the club and become involved with activities.
- Your application will go forward to the next Executive Committee meeting and the Club Secretary will confirm your membership acceptance soon afterwards, along with your membership cards and club handbook.
- At a later date, you will be invited to one of our New Members' social evenings, when you will be able to meet all the useful people in the club, learn how to become more involved, and meet other new members.
That's it - you are full members of Lymington Town Sailing Club !
