Whatever the occasion, Lymington Town Sailing Club offers something pretty unique; a stunning waterside location in the heart of Lymington with unrivalled views up the river, across the Solent and out to the Isle of Wight; all from one of the friendliest sailing clubs on the South Coast.
Whether you are planning a wedding breakfast, birthday celebration, corporate event, prize-giving or celebration of life, our flexible spaces and experienced team will help you make it an event to remember.

The Spaces
Hire one room or take over the whole club, we'll work around you.
The Solent Room (up to 120 guests: from £1,000) The jewel of the club. Floor-to-ceiling views over the Lymington River and out across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, with boats drifting by throughout the day. Light, airy and utterly memorable; this is the room guests talk about long after the event. Includes the upstairs bar, manned by our friendly staff.
The Balcony (up to 34 guests) Step outside and soak up the Solent breeze or watch the Sea Water Baths antics below in the summer months. The perfect spot for a few drinks or as a relaxed extension of the Solent room.
The Martineau Room (up to 32 guests: from £150) A quieter, north facing characterful room; light and airy, the space is ideal for smaller gatherings, board meetings or intimate private dining.
The Lower Deck Bar (up to 60 guests: from £200) A beautifully refurbished ground-floor space with its own bar, perfect for receptions, informal parties or as part of a whole-club hire. Features an area perfect for screening, making it great for presentations or film viewings too.
Training Room (up to 18) Private room tucked away on the ground floor, with AV equipment and white board, tables and chairs, perfect for away day training, workshops and brainstorming.
Whichever space, you choose, table and chairs can be arranged to suit your event; whether you are seating an formal dinner, setting up a dance floor or keeping things informal. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Food & Drink
Our talented, in-house kitchen team are at the heart of everything we do. Creative and flexible, they'll work with you to design a menu that fits your event perfectly, from a sit-down wedding breakfast to a relaxed summer BBQ on the front lawn. Dietary requirements and food allergies are always carefully catered for.
Two bars are available: one upstairs in the Solent Room with views across the water, the other in the Lower Deck Bar below, both fully staffed by our experienced team.
For larger summer events, we can arrange a marquee on the front lawn. Contact the office to discuss party size and marquee hire recommendations.

Over the years we have hosted many a party, DJ, band and tribute act so if you'd like entertainment inspiration just ask the office.

Access: Sweeping staircases to all floors, plus a fully accessible lift and accessible toilets on the first floor served by this lift.
