We are delighted to offer Yoga sessions with Club Member and British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Instructor Ali Herbert.
We run a 5-7 week series from 7-8pm in the Solent Room.
Each Monday Ali will guide you through a different sequence, combining strength and flexibility. Multi level and ability welcome, all equipment can be provided.
Bring your own mat, if you have one and remember your water bottle.
Please book online via the Members Portal here, classes are a maximum of 12.
